"My goodness, what a way to start Christmas Eve. Got up at 6am and found we had no water. Husband goes out and immediately noticed the back yard was flooded and the well house was 1/2 full with water. Panic flew all over me as I was sure no one would be working on Christmas Eve. I had used Love Well before and tried their office number which gave me a recording. OH NO! What was I going to do? Patiently I waited trying to figure something out that's when I got ahold of Ms. Penny. Bless her heart I woke her up, but she didn't bat an eye to send help. Her son came on over and replaced the tank on our well and we have water!!! I can't brag enough on this family as they really helped us out of a tight spot this morning. These are good people and so nice to work with. I know there are other well companies out there, but I've only used Love Well and I'm singing their praises this morning. Christmas will be Merry after all!!!"
